2K LSR switching diaphragm

This membrane part is used in gas-air mixture control units and consists of a PBT polymer component with a silicon membrane coating. We produce this using two-component injection-moulding techniques in a rotational mould using self-bonding LSR.

LSR bonds to the polymer component without the need for any pre-treatment or binding agent. The process is fully automated.
